Security module, zones not working

On my security module, 2 zones are not working and I continuously receive mails like this:
Read very carefully, this is a very important alarm message.
Your Zipato with serial number 0110261A0E013D2F reported:

Even if I define the zone as "normaly closed" and I put a short circuit wire at input, these zones fails.
Failing zones are zone 3 and zone 4.
It looks like a hardware failure. What can I do ?

I add a picture of security logs. Zone seems to be continuously tamped in and off. Also, if I delete failing zones from my partition, another remaining zone fails :-(

More info again: if I delete all the zones in my partition "Alarme maison", I get mails about siren tamper !

Now, it looks more like a software problem...

And if I remove the partition and recreate it, the problem remains.
