security widget access

this morning, I can't acces to my security widget with Myzipato (when I enter my secret code, nothing appends) whereas I could do it with android app. But in android app, when I change Arm to disarm, the display is not refresh (like disarm to arm state).

I had the same problem last week. I change the pin and after 30 min it worked again. Don't know why, but it works again..

Yup, same problem here. Sometimes i can't login/the screen doesn't refresh. (on dashboard)

yes but it is very important to access security widget everytimes to enable/disable alarm !!! My wife won't supported noise alarm when she goes back to home !!! ;-)
please, Zipato Team, any help or solution ???

I have many problems with security widget since the last update, when I want to arm the alarm " away or home" it returns to "ready" and after I get the following error message "Arming of the alarm partition failed".
Sometimes it works again without knowing why!
Sometimes I have a sensor "ready" in the "sensors widget" and the same sensor is "not ready" in the "security widget"
Since I have my zipabox the security widget has never worked properly.

Today, all my sensors (motion & windows/door) not change state, do you have an idea, I have a lot of problems since the last update!
