Sensor Bindings not displaying
Not a Problem
Hi,
I have added two sensors - Fibaro FGK-101 and Everspring SP103. Both are correctly included and configured but I cannot see an binding information in the 'Binding' Tab.
The only other Z-Wave device is a Fibaro FGD211 Dimmer - I want to associate one of the motion detectors directly with the dimmer to automatically activate the light.
What have I done wrong in the configuration?
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
You can't bind sensor with dimmer that way.
For that purpose you can create simple rule.

Thanks Nenad - that was fast.
I have it working in the rule creator - but thought using an association would be a better solution and could also use the in-built timer in the SP103 rather than using a timer in the rule creator.
Thanks for the quick reply.

Just a quick question
What types of device can be used for binding?
I see that the second channel of the Fibaro Dimmer can be bound to the main Fibaro dimmer and I assume any other light.
So are bindings only for Actuators?

Basically yes, sensors are usually creating on/off events and dimmers
can't consume those events so you don't see them in the binding tab.
