Sensor state of "trouble" with a yellow dot

I'm trying to set my new zipato system up after receiving it this weekend. And I must say it has not been easy. But now I think I have managed to do a simple security setup. The problem I'm facing now it the while testing the "home" and the "away" function the door sensors (I have 3 for now) will go in a state of "trouble" with a yellow dot next to it??? I can "fix" this by open and close the door. Also I have see that a door will go in this state also if it was not the door that tripped the alarm. I really hope you can help me.

Dear Gert,
This will happen only if there is no response during the first and second
interval of communication between device to the controller. After the third
interval in which there is no response device goes to offline list.
In order to resolve this issue please try to perform „Network Heal“. Option
Network Heal you can find in Controller settings.
