Nothing is working at the moment.

The Web UI (Control Center) appears functional to some limit. I can turn on a relay a nd when I read the power consumption it shows the reading as expected.

However, the events haven't been available for some period, not in Web UI, neither in mobile app.

If I try to see the history of any device the Control Center only returns the following message:

Don't worry!

Did you check their announcements page? No? - You're right, it would be waste of time cause its empty.

Its probably one of their "quick maintenance" stuff as usual :)

At least things are partially working this time.

If it wasn't Saturday, it would probably be quicker to get another controller and migrate to it than wait for Zipato to at least say what is going on.

We have encountered this problem earlier as well (~8 hour ago), now it seems that have been resolved - at least for us the Zipatile is syncing again with the cloud.

Hi.


I have no control over zwave devices since last evening and no sensor events. No zwave devices seems to be offline.


Some zigbee lights (IKEA) keep falling to offline state.


Box shows online and syncs Ok. Also booted box but no luck to resolve these issues

Hi.


My smart home isn't very smart at the moment.


Also hard reset made. No any kind control of the devices and no sensor events.


Sync says successful but no change to time stamp to last sync.

My smart home is completely stupid right now. I have extremely hot zones and very cold zones because all the smartness seemed to have vanished. My ZipaTile is sometimes offline, but nothing works even when it is online. Scenes won't work. My mobile won't connect. Can't connect over the web app either.


Dear Zipato, what on earth is happening?

We are currently having a database problem and we are working on it. Problem will be fixed within a half an hour at most.

My system running ok again.

The box stopped being able to log its data via HTTP request a bit before 8 this morning. My scripts then rebooted the box on the assumption that it was zombified. But the problem was at Zipato's end. And - surprise, surprise - the box's own logs have vanished, again. There are no entries from before midnight. This occasional, brief problems are becoming alarmingly common.

Are you sure about the logs. Here i see entries starting from 1-2-20. Not before. But that is unfortunately normal, lately.

Btw: using the desktop app

It was true at the time, but since then the logs from all of February have reappeared. As now happens every single month, all previous logs are missing - something that Zipato claims is "not intentional". I'd say that if something goes wrong every single month in exactly the same way and is never fixed, perhaps incompetence is the word we're looking for?Bad luck for me that I need to check some log entries from 31st of January.

I think you are very demanding for quality of service. Maybe you should consider some premium service instead of free of charge.

On my side, I see also that logs before 0:00 february 1st are gone.

Could you tell us which "option" should we buy to have garantee of zero logs lost ? I don't see something mentionning quality of service regarding logs in the list of buyable options ...


I think that most of the complain of some users on this forum are, you'r right, regarding quality of service which is still far from the level of big IT company.


Is there an url where we could read all limitation or quality of service level you garantee link to the type of product or option we bought ? It could clarify many things.

currently we don't have premium service available but we will come out with the one soon. Right now we are only working on v3 and the new Zipato app to release the official version asap. Afterwards, we will certainly come out with some solution to provide some overall premium service for these users which are willing to use it.
