I Cant add devises "Service unavailable" on the web interface....


for 3 days now?


i like to setup a virtual thermostat in the tile.

Their is no option to add the virtual devises on the tile?

i randomly get this, but it dissappears and I can use the control center as normal

i take it back. I just checked, and nothing is syncing to the controller, even thought it says synced successfully. F>+%, i just did a whole lot of changes to a customers controller. F*&%.

That's realy annoying! No update is possible an also no new device adding!?? Does anybody have more information about this troubles?

Hello everyone,


At the moment, the system is currently replicating from backup due to an incident with Amazon AWS platform. During this period system is not working reliable, so we ask for your patience until this process is finished. Regularly, this last for an hour or two at maximum.

thanks vedran. All is ok now. And even stranger, but good news, all the modifications i made earlier are there and been synced, on all controllers. Thank God.

Dear Lars,


I proceed this case to our development team because your cluster does not have PRO licence and that is the reason why you cannot add more protocols.

I will contact you soon with some solution.

some how something is wrong whit my pro license...

Actually iam a little bit helpless, since nearly 4 days i have no function between my zipatile and nearly all of my devices. My programed philips hue bulps don´t turn automatically as setting in my home rules on, the heating does´t work! My home rules does´t work. Maybe its caused through the last Update?!

My zipatile doesn't shows the values e.g. from my temp. devices (Aeon, Fibaro, Devolo)

The heating devolo, popp devices shows on the one hand error and on the other hand no error.

My fibaro dimmer 2 isn connected to the zipatile, so i can't turn light on or off.

After deleting the Dimmer it isn´t possible to add it as a new device and the following hint pops up

"manufacturer specific report not received"

Bevor all this, everything works just fine and i was very happy.
