Soft start/dim of lamp

Is it possible to soft start a lamp that is connected to a dimmer?
It would be nice to start a lamp whit the option 1 > 70% in 15 sec.
me bay something to add to the puzzle functions?

I did just that this week, ended up with the following rule.
It's triggered based on Sunset minus 2 hours (to account for dusk, while i wait for my multisensor to arrive..), and should increase brightness from 1 to about 20% over the period of 1 minute.
