Solution for a Building

Hi, my company is planning to deploy an automation solution for a University Building.
The University has 4 floors with a surface of 800 square meters per floor, and around 30 rooms.
Do you think Zipato solution can be suitable for this kind of project? What can we do to ensure z wave signal strength?
