Some rules are too tall to fit on the screen

Some complex rule can get very tall, that is grow big in height in the screen. When a rule is too tall, the Save link ends up off the bottom of the screen. It is possible to handle that to some extent by adjusting the zoom level in the browser, but that is a hack.

Please provide a way to split long rules. Perhaps by breaking the rule in parts to be placed next to each other. Our even better, allow subroutines. Perhaps by allowing rules to be called from within rules.

Even better, make real scripting possible. The puzzle is neat but very limiting, and I see that there is java underneath it. :)

I just found the old UI which imho is a lot more user friendly and has a modern look with better contrast. Also it gives access to adding variables and a Repeat control. Very nice.

It might be well known for more experienced Zipabox users but for me this was a nice discovery. To enable it, click on "Old Version" in the top of the web ui, then "New skin". This looks like the most useful ui at the moment.

You get to scroll the screen and can switch between Dashboard and Rules mode to get most of the screen. The list of devices in the Rule Creator is also more accessible since all devices are in a resizable list so you don't have to switch between categories to find the device you need. And the right hand pane doesn't auto hide as in the new-new ui, which is quite annoying.

Oh wait, the Repeat control seems to be broken. Nothing within a repeat seems to run. :/

With some limits, you can also use ctrl(-) in browser window. When content get smaller, larger rules are more visible.

Yeah repeat function seems bugged, I tried to create a rule with this function and after that my zipabox is rebooting every 15-20min.

Actually I deleted this rule

Would have been nice if you could scroll down.Within your browser there is mostly a possibility to zoom in/out, you could use that, or buy a bigger screen :)
