Dear Support team,
Happy user of your box with Zwave devices for more than 18 months, I have now a new challenge where I would definitely need your help. I have installed a pergola with the Somfy RTS protocol. Unfortunately this protocol is not yet implemented in your box. Living in a region where we can have lot of snow, I'd like to use your rule approach to open the roof when the propability of getting SNOW is high. Any idea by when you expect to integrate such protocol ... Many thanks for your always good and professional support. An happy user from France :)
