Somfy Tahoma as secondary controller

Hi All,
Last saturday we took delivery of our 9 sunscreens with somfy io motors. The package came with a tahoma box with zwave dongle to control the screens and a wind-meter. We currently have a zipatile which controls pretty much our entire house and I'd like to control the sunscreens also from our zipatile. There's not much information available with regards to integrating Somfy Tahoma with zipato. Does anyone have experience with this or doe any know how to control devices which are included on another zwave controller?
