Sonos start play a radio channel when motion
Need Answer
i want maybe to buy a Sonos if the integration is good. Is it possible to make it to turn on the Sonos 1, then turn on correct radio channel and play it at a volume i have set when motion with a z-wave device in a room? without many special virtual devices and http requests in the rule creator?

Hei Stian!
Just a small test. I have created a rule that triggers when movement in my hallway. The rule will set the volume of my Play:1 in the kitchen to 15, and then start to play. At least, it works if the Play:1 already have the channel of choice selected. Here are the rule:
The list show the "Action" that can be selected. I have only tried "Play"...
In addition to "Set" the "Volume", you may set "URI", but have not any clue what URI means.

If you provide an URL that points to a mp3 file, would Sonos play it?

i bought a Sonos:1 today. The zipabox doesnt find it. It is connected to the same network over wifi (set up on a android phone, and working on the phone), and when i go to Add device -> Sonos -> Sonos :1 then i push + and play button and release it so the red Led is blinking. It wont discover it, then time out. But when i log out then log in again it is in IP -> 192.168.2.139 - Sonos :1.
When i press the buttons at devices -> audio player -> sonos player, nothing happens(volume, play, pause..)
Have tried to deleted it and add it again..

weird, I had the same problem with one of Zipaboxes, tried another and worked first time. Can do everything, and now have a zipato key fob that gives my a total 16 options for controlling it. Awesome. If you are having difficulty adding the box contact support. You may need to upgrade your firmware to the latest beta.

I should just mention that I had a lot of problems with the Zipabox going offline and becoming unresponsive. The solution turned out to be to delete all my IP devices such as Sonos Players - support told me that there was a bug that was causing them to consume all the box's memory. They're working on a fix. So, bear that in mind.
I had 3 Sonos Play:1's and 2 Nest thermostats.
