st814 temperature meter linked but does not report to zipabox

Hi, I am struggling with the Everspring temp and humidity meter ST814. It links to the Zipabox but even if set to transmit data, inside Zipabox it doesn't show any value. No humidity nor temp are reported, but the object is linked. I tried to reset a couple of time without result. Sensor and batteries are new.
