Hi!


I see many unanswered questions on this forum and I noticed a lot of complains about Zipato support due to the lack of communication. Can we get an update on this?

I have 5 opened tickets on the support web site and I get no answer since more than 10 days.....At the moment you don't answer to support questions, even by mail.

If you have not received any response, try to log in to ticketing site (http://support.zipato.com/) with your Zipabox credentials and create a new ticket.

There is no problem with support.zipato.com

Just ask the question, describe the problem, and you will get the answer.

There are no tickets because you haven't opened any I suppose.

As a new user with quite some initial zipabox problems I just want to confirm that support really is alive!

You only have to use the support ticket system. Sorry for again stating the obvious, but it seems only fair to me to acknowledge the very fast response time of the support team!
