Support for Merten 50604 4xbinary switch

I have added my z-wave 4 binary-Sensor-Device (Merten 506004) but only the first Input is shown /accessible.
In Device-Manager i can see 3 additional Groups but i cant use them.
Second Problem, when i dont use the switch for some minutes it is shown as "Problem Device" and later as "Offline Device".
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
