Support?

Need Answer

Hi,


I tried to create support tickets by accessing support.zipato.com or mailing to support@zipato.com. It seems that I haven't access to those addresses. Isn't my zipabox account enough, what is required?

Please login to support.zipato.com with same usr/pwd as for the box.

Upon mailing please use the same mail adress as for the box.

I have done that but it doesn't work!

Solved, I filled in all the details in the general/user tab for the Zipabox. I hadn't filled in address ot phone numbers etc. And then it seems to enable login at the support portal!

Same issue: impossible to login on support.zipato with usual user/pw but fortunately it does not prevent from sending ticket
