Sync issues??

Need Answer

Is anyone experiencing problems to sync their controllers, either rules or device sync? since yesterday night I have been having issues, I'm running 1.1.38 in all devices.

Update, seems that the problem is isolated to my zipabox, my zipatiles do sync...

My Zipatile does not sync.

My Zipabox does not sync even from the API, also the response from the server is NULL, normally even if it fails it will give you a response.

We are working on this issue already, and it will be solved soon.

Is someone experimenting sync issues again? I have problems to sync my Zipabox, even from the API. My zipatiles seem to be syncing OK.

Hey Pablo,


One question, do you have a Virtual Alarm Set with Zones?? could you check your zones to see if they are "empty" (without a sensor configured in the zone). I spent some time checking my Zipabox trying to find for invalid rules, unkown devices or other problems and I found all my zones from my virtual alarm were "empty" don't know the reason why, I reconfigured them saved and synced (zipabox rebooted) then synced again without problems.

Hello Alberto,


I do have a Virtual Alarm, but it has only the dummy zone by default and everything is dissarmed. My intention is (was?) to connnect my Paradox alarm but there is a Zipato recognized bug that is not allowing this, and I am waiting for an answer from 15th May for this bug to be solved. I have changed nothing on the config of the virtual alarm, so I discard sync problems are related with this.


Regarding rules, I am building one which is invalid for the moment, but this is only 2-3 days ago and my sync problems are comming from before. So cannot be this neither.


Tried rebooting the Tile also with no sucess. As this issue has appeared suddendly and don't know why, I am hopping it will dissapear on the same way. For the moment if I insist, finally it syncs. So no major problem if it is temporary :)

I had issues and opened a ticket.

Zipato answered that they had some server issues.

My problem is solved now.
