Synchronization Failed

I have a problem with the synchronization of the Zipabox.

When pressing "synchronize" keeps giving the error "synchronization failed"

Try this:


Disable all the rules >> then sync. >> then turn one on >> sync >> etc to see if a rule causes a problem.

I have not rules . My zipabox is new . I deleted all the devices and i have the same problem

Are you behind a firewall? Make sure all of the required ports are open. Had this issue... IT moved the zipabox to the DMZ and synch worked again ( a commercial application).

.... just disconnect from mains, wait 20 sec and start again. Works for me very good.

I have used all test but nothing , the problem is the same.

The problem resolve when downgrade the firmware (0.9.999.6) but some devices not supporter .

When upgrade the firmware at the last Beta (NEWEST) 0.9.999.8X4 the problem come back again.

I have had the same "synchronization failed" for over a week now. I have tried.

1) Latest software.

2) Official software.

3) Previous software.

4) Deactivate all rules.

5) Restart the box.

6) Power the pow off and on.


Is there anything more I should try?


I have had the same problem before, but deactivating the rules (and deleting the faoulty rule) made the synch work then.
