I had same problem from Android app, i was able to disarm/arm with Zipato Keypad though.

Thanks Mattias. Yes keypad run but problem with internet communication.
One problem more...... and tomorrow an other......it is difficult to bear.

Yes i agree, now my Zipabox went offline too even if i have Internet connection at home.

Im also unable to synch, unable to turn off a light, have no event log via web ui and not sure what else is not working. I have no idea where the problem lies as the box is appearing as online.

I now became offline for both controllers (zipabox and zipatile). Definitely seems as server issue.

If some of you are having issues with their alarms or if your controllers goes offline without any reason, please open a ticket.

Servers are up and running and we don't have general issues with arm/disarm. If some of you still have some, please open a ticket.

Problem has disappear, I hope for a long time, but the cause came form yours servers as many customers also met same difficullties.
More communication would reduce the number of unnecessary claims.

Yesterday morning and this morning I also had problems to arm the system. It timed out.
Also when my daughter tried to disarm in the afternoon the alarm status was not clear (I have previously reported that you cannot trust the alarm status shown by the Android widget). She thought the had disarmed but when she entered the house a motion detector triggered the alarm. The security log does not show any alarm but it shows a warning when a minute or so later disarming a system that was "already disarmed"!?
