TKB TZ66D offline

Hello,
I just included a double wall switch TKB TZ66D as generic Z-WAVE device as there is no specifiv TKB device. The main button is working fine but the second one stay offline. How can I fix that ?
Other point: the TKB device appear with 4 components on the device manager (see image attached) but I have only 2 swith. Why ?
The same problem

Real-time notifications may not work
Update:
12 hours later, the device is not Offline anymore but I can't use it in the rules as there is no attributes available to test the changes.
Any idea ?

Honestly, I'm feeling more and more disapointed (to not say really angry) with zipabox... I bought 2 types of device, Danfoss Living Connect valve and TKB swith, bothe listed in compatible device list and none is working as expected.
I really thinking of buying a new box and discourage other people to buy zipato product... We are not beta testers...

Thanks for your response. Regarding Danfoss valve, I have sent an email to the support without any answer now.
In fact the valves go in panic mode after a few hours. As far as I understood the last update should have solved this issue but in my case I still have the problem. In addition the climate widget is not working anymore since the last update what means that my heating system is not working correctly.

Unfortunatly the remove device function is not working... :-(
The remove screen stays in "Starting..." state and the count down never appears as before. I have already reboot the box without any changes...

After a few retry I have been able to exclude and include the valves again... Let's see if it solve the issue...
