Trouble with Foscam Ip camera and general camera

I hope someone can help me with my problem.

Earlier i tried to add my foscam FI9828P V2

Last time i gave up the best I managed to do was to get some snapshots from it.

I have changed the router and therefor also the IP adress for the camera.

I thought i would just ad it again.

So i deleted the old one and added a new ip camera.

When I am to save the stream path etc it wont save.

It wont even save if I try to save after just changing name on it.

Anyone have any idea.

Does anyone have this camera working ?
