Under Consideration

Hi!

Iam trying to get temperatures through google text to speech in specific intervals. I got rules like this that work, but this one gets and "INVALID RULE" text without explanation. Anyone got an idea? Is it because of the length? If its not possible to build rules that test several statement that build on eachother, (IF/ELSE(if/else)). Is is better to build 6 rules, where every rule tests one statement?

Ok I haven't played around with this, but couldn't you just set the temp as a variable and then use the http request puzzle to post the attribute to google tts. This is not my strong point so sorry if it doesn't work.

I broke the rule down in to several smaler rules and it worked better :)

Hello,

Hum I'm interested in the way you made TTS in rules. What player do you add in zipabox and what you need to have to get it working ? For the moment I do it with a raspberry pi with speakers and I call an url on my nas running Logitech media server which play sound on the raspberry pi which is running squeezelite...not so simple and I had to save my sound file. Advantage is I don't need inernet to get playing sound but I can't play what I want.

Thanks for your help.
