Turning off rules on tablet

How can I disable rules from my tablet? It's 12.2 inch, so appropriate for login to the control center. But since a couple of days / weeks I'm always redirected to the mobile website. I don't want that all the time, because I don't always have a laptop at hand.
So how do I get into the control center?

yes there is usually a setting in your browsers menu where you can request the desktop version of a webpage. You are right, not a Zipato or Zipatile problem
