Unable to include Zipato RGBW bulb on ZStick2

Is there some kind of reset procedure for the RGBW bulb?
I'm unable to include it on my Aeon Z-Stick2 controller. I've tapped it many, many times. The bulb turns green but doesn't register with the controller.
It was paired with a Zwave.me stick before, but that also took a while, multiple tries before it worked. Then I did a factory reset of the controller, so the bulb is probably trying to connect to the old controller. But now inclusion with the Zwave.me stick fails as well. I know including Z-Wave devices can be a hassle, so I've tried countless times to no avail.
Any tips?

For posterity, I was able to fix the issue myself by excluding the bulb on the Aeon stick, even if it wasn't ever paired to this controller. Apparently, exluding the bulb from any controller makes it drop its network info.
