Unable to join - again! - This time Fibaro Motion Sensor

I must have a problem with my Zipabox as I cannot recall ever been able to include any device without a problem. I gave up trying to include my new Danfoss TRV's a few months back and went back to Vera. This time I thought I would try a Fibaro Motion Sensor. Same issue. Box finds the sensor but is unable to join. And yes I have updated to the latest firmware. Can you please sort out this problem....
