Since tomorrow morning all devices are showing as "unknown or unsupported device" in my IOS App. In the Web GUI it works perfect.


Has someone the same problem?

We are patient as reseller installer and ditributor of zipato Products but our cliets can't be as well this is what zipato have to understand so many issues and bugs since few months ago and this is a badreputation and killing potential for us as installler .


Please assist and we won'tlike to see some bugs and issue like that in the future

loosing IOS APP remote control is really a very big issue !!
