Upgrade failure

I can't upgrade i try a few times to upgrade to the latest firmware from difrent computers but it won't work . the message appears that its upgrading and the box led is flashing quick bright collor.
Can you help me please
Current firmware version: 0.9.997
Available firmware version: 0.9.998
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
You should wait for around 15 minutes for the box to be upgraded. In case you interupt the process or Internet connnection is to slow, you can get your Zipabox stuck. If this happened, please to the HARD RESET:
1. press and hold button 2 on your zipabox
2. press and release reset button on your zipabox (while still holding button 2)
3. release button 2
4. wait for about 10-15 minutes for you zipabox to be downgraded to the latest working firmware.
Let us know if this is not working.
