Use temperature sensor in rules

Hi, I have installed a temperature sensor in my sauna. I would like based on rules a 1st mail to be send when temp in the sauna is over 60deg and a 2nd when temp is 80deg (which means that the sauna is ready). With the rule: "When TEMP > 60" "Send EMAIL", the risk is to send many mail because the temp is going and therefore the rule will always be true. Any idea? Thanks & rgds.
