Zigbee problem

Please beae with my as I am new to Zipabox so it could be just my ignorance.


My problem is with Zigbee, I have the module installed in socket 2 (as per instruction pamphlet), and I do not see any errors nor indications that everything is fine. However, as soon as I try to add Generic Zigbee device I get a message "You dont' have selected network". I get it right away, there is no attempt to even try to scan. Is my Zigbee module defective?

Update, guys from Zipato managed to fixed my zigbee module remotely, I am impressed. Now, I am trying to bind one of the zigbee modules I have here Netvox Z711 which is the same you can get through Zipato web site (Thermometer), but without any luck. I brought the module to factory default by powering it up with the button pressed and then after cycling the power again unit tries to bind on Zigbee ch 15.... Zipabox is searching but finding nothing. I tried several times also pressing the button (I see 5 blinks on the LED) but still nothing. ANy suggestions would be appreciated

Here is a log from the association session. It seems that device actually gets associated but success status is not reported by Zipabox software and device is not visible/accessible.
