I want to buy a vitrum but i dont know if it is compatible.
Is the Zipabox can fully support the Vitrum?

We did support most of the Vitrum models and they are compatible with Zipato. If you buy Vitrum switches and have some problems, you can contact us and we will support you, but everything should work automatically, anyway.

Just in case others are checking this post for Vitrum support, I have found that not all Vitrum models are compatible with Zipato yet see my post for details http://community.zipato.com/responses/are-vitrum-wireless-controls-supported
