Vivotek cameras plug and play?

Hi.
According ta a distributor (direktronik) in Sweden some of the Vivotek cameras should be plug and play with Zipabox. http://www.direktronik.se/prod/prod.asp?ProdId=301
Is this the only ones from Vivotek that is 100% plug and play or is it the whole Vivoteks camera range?
Camera moduls specified is: FD8169, IB8369, IP8133 and IP8133W

I just got the Vivotek IB8369. I got it online and can get some snapshots, but no live stream. If anyone has success, please tell us what to do :-)
