Weather virtual station is spamming Events widget

Since I have created a virtual weather station, the "Latest" Events is fedded with all the reported values every 15 minutes.
Probably very few people are interested to have this information in a log, especially the opportunity to have a brief summary of the last real events (purpose of "Latest Events") is no longer available with this !!
Is it possible to be able to ask to not reporting weather events in the Events Widget ?

This have been reported since a couple of month now. The answear was that a filter per device on update freq. will come. Still not though.
