Weird temperatures on zipatile

Solved

Hi,

I'm using the smart thermostat for a wile now. It was function fine when the tile was free standing on a table.

Because at first this was a test, cables came out of the wal to the zipatile.

Since yesterday I mounted the zipatile to the wall on the place the old thermostat was mounted.

When the zipatile was free standing on the table, it took about 45 min to heat the room with 0.2 C (this is normal for an only floor heated room).

Now the Zipatile is mounted on the wall, the temperatue on the display is a lot higher than before and measured with an old fashioned thermometer, and heating is 1.5 c in 15 minutes, what's not possible in our house.

I think the difference is that the temperature sensor is influenced by the internal temperature of the Zipatile. There is no airflow on the back now.

Are more people expiring the same problem, and does anyone have a solution for this?

Kind regards

Rene

Hi Rene. This can be the reason. You can offset the temperature in the internal settings of zipatile.
