I got one working on my Zipabox, but it wil remain one piece, if I'll buy new sensors soon it will be Aeon Labs (4in1 and cheaper) works fine with Zipabox (I've seen it on ISE exhibition today).

But the temperature measure for the Aeon 4in1 is only 1 degree step, right?

No, in the dashboard is is two digits (16.20). On the Iphone it is only a 1 degree step (16).
