Where do I start?
Where do I start! Bought your Zipato box, does not pair upto any of the multi sensors. It's paired upto a plug switch (i think) but I had to do it as a Generic Z-Wave device as the plug was not on the list. It has paired upto it but cannot do ANYTHING with it. Getting very very very annoyed now. Also the General Box seems to lose it contents, I have no option but to refresh the entire window to see it again. It's alot of £££ for something that doesn't work, getting close to returning it.
There is quite a few other issues I have seen but I need to get to the point of being able to use it first.
I don't really have the time to mess around with this, if not resolved in a couple of days, it's going to get returned and I'll go for the leaf controller (which I can code and extend in C!).
Multi Sensor is the Aoen one.
Plug is TZ68
The muli sensor i have tried two of them, same result, the moment I press the button, it says it has found a device and in the same dialog says it cannot add it! ... WHY! give the reason in the dialog!

You need to remove device every time before trying to ADD it to the network. Did you do it?

dont forget to update the Aeon labs sensor to the latest firmware (google).
mine worked first-time-right and another user had similar issues till he updated the firmware...
