I wanted to know where is the Zipato support team ? I have opened an incident since October 2th . The last answer of the support of October 10th...
And my problem is still not solved! I can not control my KNX installation from my Zipabox ?
I know tha zipato tema work hard on the V1 but it's is not a reason to abandon customers...
