Why is there a different status on sensors? They are both virtual sensors.

Well, I guess you created your "PC - NL" sensor long time ago, before we have defined active/inactive states for virtual sensors. If you create virtual sensor now, you should definitely get states active/inactive and not sensor on/sensor off.
