Why this rule doesn't work ?

Hi,
I want my light to be turned on, or a little increased, when a motion is detected and the luminosity is low.
Here is my rules. It doesn't work. Can someone help me to make it works ?

When you use "Join" , you have to use "Stop" at the end of the rule. (i believe)
You can try to make one rule to go ON and one rule to go OFF.

Is a malfunctioning rule can block all rules ? I had rules using a deleted http sensor, i deleted them and now it's ok.

Yes, malfunctioning rule can be a problem.
But if you have deleted HTTP sensor from Device manager all rules that used that sensor would be disabled to prevent it causing any problems.
