Will anyone ever respond to my emails?

Hi,

I've sent two emails now asking for more information about Zipato and the Zipabox. Sent first email two eeks ago and the second last week. I had a Fibaro box but got fed up waiting for developments. Can someone answer these questions:-

I’m interested in purchasing a Zipato box with the power supply and UPS

modules. I currently have a Visonic alarm system with an X10 interface, which I

would like to upgrade to a z-wave/zigbee based system. Tried to achieve this

with a Fibaro HomeCentre system, but it was too slow and unreliable. The Zipato

system appears to be a more complete solution with the UPS module and the

ability to hard wire it to a siren. I also like the fact there are additional

modules for ZigBee and KNX support.

Have a few concerns I would like to raise before making a decision, which

perhaps you can answer:-

1. Zipato is a new company and the home automation market is young and

developing rapidly. Many companies will come and go, can you tell me what

backing Zipato has?

2. How secure is Z-Wave? I have heard rumours that early version of the

Z-Wave chipset have no, or very little, security. Do you know if this is

true?

3. The smart notification feature sounds like it is only available if you

subscribe to the monitoring service. Is this the case or is it possible to

configure the system to send SMS/Email alerts direct?

4. Is there anywhere in the United Kingdom where I can go and actually look

at one of these solutions before making a decision?

5. Where can I purchase one from?
