window sensor stating "problem" with a yellow circle

ive attached two screen captures showing that one of my sensors is reporting a problem with a yellow circle. i cant figure out or how to diagnose whats cuasing it. can anyone assist me in this?

Dear Matthew,
This will happen only if there is no response during the first and second
interval of communication between device to the controller. After the third
interval in which there is no response device goes to offline list.
In order to resolve this issue please try to perform „Network Heal“. Option
Network Heal you can find in Controller settings.

I have the same issue with 2 multi sensors....... network heal does not work as it fails with these 2. Never had this issue before, only now as i had to re-include them...... :(

seems they alternate between trouble/offline/online...... strange. Before I re-included one of these sensors, it just worked as normal........ between including it the first time, and re-including it, I updated the FW of the box several times, so it feels to me something in the FW has changed and no longer includes these properly........
