yellow steady light

Solved

for a few hours my zipato has a yellow steady light status and is offline?


Could please let me know what to do?

Try to reset by the button on the box or shut down power, wait 10 second and plug power.


Wait 1 or 2 minutes and try to connect


If you always have problem, contact "support@zipato.com"

unfortunately i already try this!


regarding the contact to the support: i did it but i receive an automatic message whould said that i should send message with my registered email , but it's what i did !


that puzzle me.

Sebastien >> at the dashboard >> general setting >> Details >> fill in all details >> Save >> then sunc >> try emailing support again.

i try again to send the message and this time i was accepted.


but i can not follow the ticket on the support website, i try to login with the email and password used for my.zipato.com but it failed.

hi all,

undigging an old topic. i exactly have this problem now : yellow fixed light that doesn't turn green.

Ethernet is connected and works well.

What is to do ?
