Zipa already registered

Hi, i've just bought a Zipa from a previous owner.


When I tried to register its serial, zipato replies 'already registered'.


How can I register my zipabox ? Can i reset it ?

I try but he says that i need to send the email from the email address which you have registered with my.zipato.com.

=> However, I am registered with this e-mail address

I can not send a mail because:

"Your ticket has not been accepted into the system. This is the support desk for the active Zipato users only.


If you are a registered Zipato user, please, send the email from the email address which you have registered with my.zipato.com.

Hi,


i have a similar Problem... i have already a registered zipabox and meanwhile i changed my e-mail adress. Now i would like to contact support to update the new adress on my zipabox.


but i got this answer on my mail:

hey, thanks for your answer.

i have no access to the old mail adress anymore. i'm only using the new adress for a view months now and deleted the old.

when i would have the posibility to contact the support by mail i could send them serialnr. of the box, old mail adress and any other data they would need to identify me, but of course i cant do this in the Forum ; )

is there any other way to contact the support?
