Zipabox can´t add device ?

hi i try´d to add 433Mhz device to my Zipabox.
When I install a 433 Device, so I do not have time to press a button on a device before it is added it and says that everything is ok. but nothing works?
when it comes to Z-wave and you'll find it nothing instead.
I have now tried with two different devices but can´t not find them.
soon, I think this was a bad buy.
does not feel like it's my zipabox I try to program?
no flashing light when it´s in finding mode ?

Hi Peter,
you won't find all Zwave devices listed in your Add new device wizard. You just have to select Zwave, then select Reset, when the counting starts press the button on your device and after that click Join and again when counting starts press the button on your device. Please make sure you are standing within 1-2 meters of your Zipabox.
