Zipabox completely down

Hi all,

Don't know whether this is a known issue but I've experienced a completely down zipabox (like it crashed or something).

I was adding a camera and suddenly my box went offline. My first impression was that perhaps the cloud connection could be down but when inspecting the box itself no lights were on whatsoever.

It was still plugged in without an interruption of power.

After a powercycle it took quite a while to get a flashing blue light, followed by a rapid flashing blue light and after 2 minutes of green flashing light a solid green.

Box seems fine now but no commands are executed.

Is this a config or rather a HW problem?

Did anyone experience this before?
