Zipabox Duo can find On/Off receiver w energy meter but cannot add the device

Hi – I just
bought the following from Claes Olson Sweden and am now trying to install:
1 pc Zipato
Zipabox Duo 36-5595
2 pcs On/off receiver with energy meter DSC24,
Z-wave
My Zipa box
Duo can find the device but cannot connect. The device is never added as new
device. I have already upgraded to the most recent firmware (yesterday). I have
also checked Zipato’s website/forum but find no solution.
I have
tested “everything” signing out and in , shut off resetting etc.
I get the
message ”found device” and then ”connecting
– pls wait” but it doesnt matter how long time I wait there is no ”join”.
How to fix?
– do you have a better firmware or a patch for me
