ZIPABOX NO RECONOCE MODULO DE SEGURIDAD

Buenas Tardes!
Tengo un Zipabox con la ultima version de fireware 0.9.999.8 y tengo conectado el modulo de seguridad en el slot 1 y no lo reconoce en los dispositivos... agradezco la ayuda...

I have moved your post from ideas to questions section. Please upgrade your firmware to the newest beta firmware 8k. After the upgrade is completed refresh your web UI and if the problem is still not resolved please open a Ticket at support.zipato.com and provide us with the serial number of your Zipabox. Also make sure the Box is online and the Security module is connected so we could connect to it and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

me podrías enviar el link para descargar el firmware del cual me estas hablando... y tambien te queria preguntar como detectar si el modulo de seguridad esta energizado ya que no tiene ningun tipo de led o piloto que indique que esta polarizado y en la interfaz web en el adminitrador de dispositivos no lo muestra conectado...saludos y gracias
