Zipabox Offline after a Home change

Hi,


I have just move to another apartment, I re-plug My zipabox to my modem -> green flashing..

I tested the cable and the Internet connection works fine, the DHCP server too.

the only thing I change is the address range of the DHCP server -> in my previous house I was in 192.169.0.x, in my new house I'm in 192.168.1.x.


Do I need to do a Factory reset or something else?

it can be only the Internet issue if you have blinking green light. Maybe you can check whether you can connect directly to the zipabox by using mobile app in local mode?

I have just installed the android app but I cannot change the mode (remote/local) -> the button still identical and nothing change in the page..


I may have on question : Does Zipato restrict the use of the Zipabox in certain area?

Because I move from France to Belgium.

Of course no, there are not any teritory restrictions. You should be able to use it without any problems.
