Zipabox out of order, the led is always red

My zipabox do not work since this morning, the led is always red. I unplugged and plugged the power, but it' s the same. Could you help me please?
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
I unplugged an plugged the power and now the red led is low lighting... the box is offline, rules do not work, keyfob do not work, and is impossible to connect on local with my ipad.
