We should be able to send an email when the backup module detects a power outage

I have the backup module since the beginning but actually it's useless. I mean I don't know how to send a message in case of a power outage and I haven't find a supported 3G USB Stick despite messages of a soon to be released official list. So If I miss something please send me the proper procedure/link...

Real-time notifications may not work
Good idea. Just have the status of the power line accessible in the rule and an action "mailto" but it should be able to set up a smtp serveur in the properties of the account.
