Zipabox usage and questions..
I am currently looking into installing z-wave devices to my home..
I do however have som questions that i am not able to get any answer for, I`ve also tryed to mail both hello@zipato.com and support@zipato.com and posting a private question the last days without anyone coming back to me..
I do need 433Mhz support to chose this systems, after reading posts over and over again this should allready be in place as promised from employee on this community, so where is it? or when does it get released?
the same with enOcean, is there any plans to integrate this on the roadmap?
to you that is allready using this appliance, are you happy with it? what about the support and follow up for questions?
I where first thinking of buying a Micasaverde Vera Lite due to scripting and community. And it would be easier for me to integrate stuff that is not allready in place.. But came to the conclusion that since i need Zigbee the Zipato would be the way to go.. And it currently looks like there is alot of people with knowledge leaving micasa...
But with the support and feedback i am currently getting - i`m having second thoughts.. Let`s say i ask for a integration with Visonic Powermaster - simple All Lights OFF when arming with DualRs232 - how long time would it take to get that implemented? would there be anyone listening to the requests?
OR maby i should buy no one of them, and just wait for FlatCube? looks promissing

Sorry for this delay. Actually, we received your email yesterday, but most of the answers on your questions could be found on this forum.
We are finishing the 433Mhz module production. It was delayed many times during this year because lots of difficulties with the component purchasing. If you check, you will notice that most of the suppliers had a problems with the delivery of their products during this year.
As for the Visonic, we never tested it. We are currently working to implement the best selling brands like DSC, Paradox, Honewell... Simple On/Off should be easy, but we need to come to that point. Also, it would be nice to have at least two customers wants to have this feature.
I can't make a decision instead of you, but in the case I could, I think you know I would buy Zipabox:-)

I have searched for answers on this forum first.. My concern was specially with the 433mhz that it had been stated a few times that it where supposed to be released but no final answer of why and when.. But that gives me the answer i where hoping for.
Regarding the Visonic, it is a wide used system in norway and sweeden.
Visonic Powermaster atctually one of the few good systems there that you can buy without a monthly fee.. Except that you would like to have it.
Home automation is coming more and more here, and now with Zipato it is just not for the one that is "specially interested" in this.. You guy`s made it easy..
It does not have to be very complicated since i do not like the idea of integrating security / fire to much with the home automatation.I allready have direct transfer to dep. - But to automatically turning off all lights when arming the Powermaster would indeed be nice to have..
